I’m Jo Macaldo-Crowl, a New Orleans-based and New York-raised creative producer and talent and brand partnerships lead working at the intersection of food media, experiential storytelling, and culinary business strategy. I currently support the growth and creative direction of Dac Biet Hospitality and Food Network chef Nini Nguyen, shaping collaborations that bridge storytelling, live experiences, and brand partnerships.

• Studied Dramatic Arts at Harvard University, specializing in Practical Aesthetics for contemporary and classical text

• Trained dancer specializing in contemporary and commercial jazz

• Aerialist trained in harness, hammock, and hoop

Now based in New Orleans, I oversee creative producing, brand partnerships, and experiential opportunities across Chef Nini Nguyen’s growing media and culinary presence.
